Throwline Thursdays: Shawn Kemp
Lets take it wayyy back
For this Throwline Thursday we take back to the 96 NBA Finals when Seattle SuperSonics' very own Shawn Kemp performed one of the filthiest reverse poster shots over Chicago Bulls star Dennis Rodman.
The picture below captures the essence of this incredible gameplay, that took place on June 12th, where Shawn Kemp dribbled towards the free throw line where he was met by Dennis Rodman, Kemp catapulted in the air to take the shot, landing on Dennis Rodman. Whats left? Only this legendary moment etched into the hardwood history books and Seattle SuperSonics taking game victory with 107 86 point reign.
Fast forward 27 years and we revisit this astonishing moment below.
