Is it safe to use on suede?

We always recommend testing for colour fastness on an inconspicuous area and recommend our Crep Protect Eraser first for suede and nubuck care.

Do you wet the Magic sponge?

All you need to do to prep your Magic Sponge is simply get it wet. Give it a good squeeze to remove any excess water.

How and where can I use the Magic Sponge?

The Magic Sponge is an excellent tool for all-over cleaning, but it really shines in taking care of your sneaker's midsoles and any denim bleed on the uppers. Simply rub a wet Magic Sponge into the affected areas then leave to dry.

Why is the sponge peeling?

Don't worry, this is normal. The Magic Sponge peels away with use, simply wipe off any shavings with a microfibre cloth at the end of your clean.

How many times can I reuse it?

Until the white part of the sponge has worn down. Then it's time for a fresh one.

RETURNS

We want you to be 100% happy with your online purchase from CREP PROTECT.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, simply send us an email to info@crepprotect.com. Your return will be processed within 7 days. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Remove excess dirt and debris before application

Use a microfiber cloth to make sure your sneaker has no debris before application

Run sponge under tap and squeeze out excess liquid

With no solutions needed, simply wet the sponge and watch as it magically lifts stubborn dirt, marks and scuffs

Scrub the stained area gently (apply pressure for tougher stains)

Simply wet the sponge and begin cleaning the affected area gently, wipe off any shavings with a microfibre cloth at the end of your clean
